Grauburgunder Privat

PRIVAT – Named as unique as Burgundy and I.
The color is typically copper due to the maceration fermentation, which is bold for a white wine, yet it has a mild acidity. The aroma is subtle, with hints of dried fruit and hazelnut. Since the Grauburgunder is susceptible to noble rot (Botrytis), we harvest it earlier, resulting in a moderate alcohol content with excellent drinkability.
