Grauburgunder

The color is typically copper due to the maceration fermentation, which is rich for a white wine, yet it has a mild acidity. The aroma is subtle, with notes of citrus and hazelnut. Since the Grauburgunder is prone to noble rot (Botrytis), we harvest it earlier, resulting in a moderate alcohol content with excellent drinkability.
